We got back from Japan on Monday, but I tell you, we are still feeling the jet lag. Last year when we got back, we went to bed late. I mean LATE. Like, 3:00 a.m. I wasn't going to make that mistake again this time, so I told Kevin we needed to go to bed early, and we were in bed and passed out by 11:30 p.m. I woke up at 10:30 a.m. and I thought that I would be okay from then on. But the following night we went to bed at 2:00 a.m. and just couldn't fall asleep. I think I fell asleep around 4:30 a.m. and Kevin not until the sun was coming up.
Last night we popped some Zzzquill and although it took a little while to fall asleep, we stayed asleep. Got up at 10:30 a.m. I think we're going to have to keep using that sleep aid for the rest of the week to get back on schedule. It's pretty horrible. As long as I am fresh for Halloween tomorrow, I will be fine.
Does anyone have any tricks for jetlag?
